GIVE LOVE AND GET LOVE

To understand this phrase, we need to understand the true meaning of the four lettered word: LOVE.
What is Love?
Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection[1] and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to affection ("I love my dad"). This complexity in its uses and feelings, makes love difficult to define.
Whatever given is taken:
We get what we give.This is applied to everything. Even in the case of non living things. Everything forms a cycle.Water is given from earth and comes back to it. Help is given and taken.Respect is given and taken.Like a sound from the cliff of a mountain that comes back as an echo,even love is given and taken.
Only on giving love,love comes to us.Only when we share a few smiles of gratitude,a few “Thankyou’s” and “Sorry’s” and kindess in thoughts and action does it come back to us.
This is Love.
Hate:
Now,Let us see the case where Love is not present.What is the opposite of “Love”?
This is another four lettered word,however unlike “love” this is not something people would usually like to have upon them.This is “Hate”
What does one do when he hates another? He shows it in action and thoughts.He shows it as violence.
Haven’t we heard of the phrase “Violence begets Violence”
Thus,Hate brings back hate.
Love in true sense:
Love is abstract.Love comes out as kindness in thought and action towards all whom we love.When we do a Random act of kindness,it comes back.Even a small act of help like lending a pen to one who need’s it,will help you back when you need it.However,whenever we help someone,we must do it without doing it for self gain. Thirukkural-the well known tamil poetry, says the one who gives love(in this case-helps) is the happiest person on earth and will be praised before the cleverest person on earth.
The helping hand must forget the help it did to the other,while the hand that took it must remember it forever.
Love is to lie etched on stone while hate is to lie written on sand. However, this is easier said than done. It is easier forgetting what the ones that love you did for you than remembering them and easier remembering something bad that someone did to you. This isn’t our fault. This is Human Mechanism.
When we overpower such thoughts, we become equal to The Ultimate.
Love begets Love:
Let me state an example from the hearts of our Epic “The Mahabharata”.
When The Pandavas spend their night in one of the forests of Hastinapura, after all Kith and Kin had believed them to be dead, Bheema is challenged by a hungry demon .On killing him, he finds that the Raksha’s sister has fallen in love with Bheema.He turns with menacing looks to give the same end to her as to her brother.However Kunti stops him.“Ghatotkacha” is born to Bheema and the Raksha’s sister.This son,born of kindness from Kunti,saves Arjuna by inatking the Mighty “Shakthi” weapon of Karna in the battle of Kurukshetra.
An act of love from Kunti helps and saves her love towards Arjuna.
Another act of kindness from Arjuna gives us further clarification on this: ARjuna when helping Agni bahavaan(God) to consume the Khandava forest,saves the Vikshavarma of Demons,from the wrath of
Let us stray away from the Epics,where the people were more disciplined and get to today’s twenty first century.Though thousands of years have passed,we have the same phenomenon reflecting,though in smaller ways in everyday lives.
You have to treat other people with respect to get their love. So if you give love you get love.Because people are human they want to have a meaning to love. So if you bend down and give a hand to someone who fell, you gave that person love so they would give it back like maybe a nice smile? If you open the door for someone with a smile you do them a favor which means your giving love, so they might smile back giving you love! So there are many other examples, but they all have one main point! If you give love you get love.
Conclusion:
Whatever the time be,wherever the place might be,whoever the person is,When we give love,we help a person,which goes deep down the heart of the person whom we are helping and coems back to us as acts of kindness from them.
